Is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?
There is no minimum purchase for online orders.
Do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?
Yes, orders are accepted 24/7. Our daily order cut-off time is at 2:00PM. Completed and paid orders made past 2:00PM will be processed on the following day.
Can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?
For security reasons, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, bow & wow reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.
Is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?
In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund.
Can I order other products I don’t see on the site?
At this time, only products featured on the website are available for online purchase.
Should you be interested to purchase our other products, you may visit our stores that are currently open. To request specific products to be added to our online store in the future, you may send an email to email@example.com.
How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery within Metro Manila & Cainta, Antipolo, Taytay, for orders worth P3,500 and above net of discounts and Gift Cards.
Delivery fees vary per location:

South and North Luzon (excluding Quezon, Bicol and Palawan)

We deliver in major cities nationwide.
When can I expect to receive my order?
Delivery lead time may vary per location from the date of payment confirmation:
Delivery Lead Time
Metro Manila, Cainta, Taytay, and Antipolo
within three (3) business days
South and North Luzon (excluding Quezon, Bicol and Palawan)
within six (6) business days
Quezon and Bicol
within eight (8) business days
Palawan, Visayas, and Mindanao

Please note that the community-specific quarantine may affect stated delivery lead time in some locations. In such cases, we will communicate any delays to keep you updated with your order.
Can I choose my preferred delivery date?
Since delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of our partner logistics providers, we cannot commit to specific delivery dates.
What courier do you use?
Currently, we ship through Readyman Inc. and LBC. We may also deploy our in-house delivery vehicles as necessary. Please do remember to thoroughly check your items before accepting your order from our courier.
What happens if I’m not available to receive my package upon delivery?
As our current delivery partners are on-demand, which means parcels are picked up and delivered straight to you, please ensure that someone is available to receive your orders.
In the event that no one will be around to sign off on your delivery, please contact our team immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0917-802-0373. You may be charged an additional delivery fee should your order require redelivery.
How can I track my order?
Our courier will update you once your order is on the way and when they are near your area. Please be ready to receive your order and remember to thoroughly check your items before accepting your order from our courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept locally and internationally issued Mastercard or VISA debit cards, credit cards and Paypal.
Having a Paypal account is not required to pay via credit or debit card. For credit or debit card payment options without Paypal account, please click "Pay with Paypal" button and choose "Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card" in the pop-up box. Under the Pay with Debit or Credit Card pop-up, scroll down and choose "No, I don't want an account now", then click continue.
We also accept bank transfers and payments. You may deposit your payment to any of our BDO or BPI bank accounts within 3 days from order date.

We shall process your order after your payment has been verified. Payments not completed within 3 days will be automatically cancelled.
How will I know if my order pushed through?
You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order.

How can I become a member?
Customers may qualify for a bow & wow membership with a minimum net single-receipt purchase of Php 2,500 in-stores or online.
Can I become a member online?
Yes, customers may qualify for bow & wow membership with a minimum net purchase of Php 2,500, excluding delivery fee, in a single transaction. Your account details for your qualifying purchase will be our basis of setting up your bow & wow membership. We will send you a confirmation email with your membership details within 48 hours after your purchase.
Do I need to become a member to purchase in bow & wow?
You do not need to be a member to purchase from bow & wow however, we highly recommend being a part of our membership program to maximize your shopping experience.
How do I earn points as a member?
bow & wow club members earn (1) bow & wow point for every Php 20 spent at any bow & wow store. There is a minimum purchase of Php 500 total amount to earn points.
Members can pay with bow & wow points for any purchase. One (1) bow & wow point is equivalent to Php 1. Points shall be earned based on cash, credit or debit card transactions only. Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or rebate vouchers shall not be eligible to earn points.

Can I earn points online?
Yes, members shall earn 1 point for every Php 20 spent at https://shop.bowandwow.com.ph, excluding the shipping fee and discounts.
Points shall be earned based on credit or debit card transactions only. Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or rebate vouchers shall not be eligible to earn points. Points earned online will be credited 48 hours after the transaction.
Points are not transferable nor convertible to cash.
If a member is given a refund or other financial adjustment on any transaction, points awarded on the transaction shall be adjusted accordingly.
Do my points expire?
Points earned are valid within a period of ninety (90) days from date of issuance. Points balances may be viewed via the bow & wow mobile app. Members may also inquire this information from our Pet Care Advisors or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I activate my membership online?
To activate your membership online, please enter your registered email address, contact number and card number (as found in your mobile app) in https://shop.bowandwow.com.ph/account/register. The validation may take up to 48 hours to complete. Once validated, we will send you an email and you may start enjoying membership privileges online.
Can I change my registered member email address to match my email address online?
Yes, please email us at email@example.com so we can update your membership details.
What is your return policy?
All products confirmed to have hidden defects at the time of purchase are eligible to be returned for an exchange, a credit note or a refund. For items purchased online, items that were received in damaged condition or were incorrect/incomplete may also be returned.
bow & wow reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a return when:
- The product was in good condition at the time of purchase or delivery, in the case of online purchases;
- The defect resulted from improper handling, storage and/or use.
- Products may be returned within 14 days* of purchase and must be accompanied by the original receipt.

Eligible products for return may either be:
- Exchanged for another item, any price difference to be settled at the time of exchange;
- Exchanged for an e-gift certificate valid for future use only at https://shop.bowandwow.com.ph or;
- Refunded at the same amount and with the same tender type as at the time of purchase. Items paid with loyalty points may not be refunded.
I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt of your order. Do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you are writing about. We may arrange to collect the product. Please send photos of the product and let us know the trouble you are experiencing. We’ll sort this out for you.
I received the wrong item or package. What should I do?
If you received the wrong item or package, please contact us within 24 hours at email@example.com and we will deliver the correct items to you on the next available delivery date. The same delivery person shall collect back the incorrect items in its original and unopened packaging.
I received an expired or nearly expired product. What should I do?
We are very sorry about this. We have a strict policy to ensure customers receive products with sufficient shelf life. In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’d be happy to assist you.
Can I return the product I purchased online to any bow & wow store?
Please contact email@example.com prior to returning any defective item that was purchased online, to one of our physical stores.

Yes, e-Gift Cards are a form of payment.
Can e-Gift Cards be reloaded?
