where are bow&wow products sourced?

All Bow&Wow products are sourced from leading manufacturers around the world. We look for products that are ethically produced and have the cleanest possible ingredients that are good for your pet and the planet.

why do some product prices change?

Prices may change without prior notice due to several reasons which include but are not limited to the suppliers’ pricing and foreign currency fluctuations. To check the updated prices, you contact any of our stores nationwide.

how do i find out if an item is available in the store/s?

Stock availability varies per store location (from store to store). We recommend getting in touch with our stores directly to inquire on stock availability.

do you sell your products at wholesale?

For corporate clients who wish to purchase in big volume, please contact our Corporate Sales team at ask@bowandwow.com.ph.

how can i become a member?

Customers may qualify for Bow&Wow Club membership with a minimum single-receipt purchase of P2,500 at any Bow&Wow store.

do i need to become a member to purchase in bow and wow?

Although you do not need to be a member to purchase our items, we highly recommend being a part of our membership program to maximize your shopping experience. To learn more on how to be a member, click here.

how do i earn points as a member?

Members earn 1 point for every Php 20 spent on regular merchandise at any Bow&Wow store. Points shall be earned based on cash, credit or debit card transactions only. Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or rebate vouchers shall not be eligible to earn points.

do my points expire?

The Bow&Wow club membership points is valid for one year. Members with active purchases within the membership year would be automatically renewed.

Points balances may be viewed via the Bow&Wow mobile app or inquire with our PCAs at your nearest store.

how can i update my personal membership information?

We encourage members to keep their personal information updated through our Bow&Wow Mobile App. However, for security reasons, the member’s name, pet's name and photo may only be updated once upon registration on the Bow&Wow mobile app.

To change these details, members must send a formal request to ask@bowandwow.com.ph together with a valid Government ID. If needed, supporting documents may be requested.

can I become a member online?

Yes, customers may qualify for Bow&Wow club membership with a minimum net purchase of Php 2,500, excluding delivery fee, in a single transaction. Your account details for your qualifying purchase will be our basis of setting up your Bow&Wow membership. We will send you a confirmation email with your membership details within 24 hours after your purchase. 

can I earn points by shopping online?

Yes, members shall earn 1 point for every Php 20 spent on a total Php 500 regular merchandise, excluding the shipping fee and discounts.

Points shall be earned based on credit or debit card transactions only. Purchases paid using promotional gift certificates or rebate vouchers shall not be eligible to earn points. Points earned online will be credited 24 hours after the transaction.

Points are not transferable nor convertible to cash.

how can I activate my membership online?

To activate your membership online, please sign-up using your registered email address and card number as found in your mobile app. The validation may take up to 24 hours to complete. Once validated, we will send you an email and you may start enjoying membership privileges online.

Can I change my registered email address to match my email address online?

Yes, please email us at ask@bowandwow.com.ph. so we can update your membership details.

how do i download your mobile app?

You can download our Mobile App in the App store (iOS) and Play Store (Android). Please ensure that your smartphone’s operating system has been updated to iOS8 or higher (iPhones) and Jellybean 4.3 or higher (Android phones).

who can download/use the app?

Both members and non-members can download and enjoy all our Mobile App features, except for the Membership page, which is only accessible for members to view their account details.

how do i register my account?

Membership accounts can be registered after 24 hours of a qualified purchase. Please view our tutorial for more information and assistance.

how long does it take for membership points to be credited to my account?

It takes up to 48 hours for points and transactions to be reflected on your account.

is bow&wow open for franchising?

Bow&Wow is a privately-owned retail company specializing in all-natural products. To maintain the highest standards of products and services for our customers, unfortunately we do not accommodate requests for franchising.

product return & exchange

what is your return policy?

• Products received with defect or damage are valid for returns, refunds, or exchanges. For products in good condition, while we understand that you might have changed your mind, we won't be able to take back these items due to strict storage and hygiene standards.
• Products that are defective or damaged, may be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 14 days upon receipt of your order. Outside of this timeline, the product could have already been exposed to factors beyond our control which could have contributed to the damage/defect.
• Products should be in their original purchase condition, unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only.

For online orders, additional shipping costs may vary.

I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us at shop@bowandwow.com.ph or ask@bowandwow.com.ph. within 14 days of receipt of your order. Do not dispose of or throw away any of the items you are writing about. We may arrange to collect the product. Please send photos of the product and let us know the trouble you are experiencing. We’ll sort this out for you.

I received the wrong item or package. What should I do?

If you received the wrong item or package, please contact us within 24 hours at ask@bowandwow.com.ph or shop@bowandwow.com.ph and we will deliver the correct items to you on the next available delivery date. The same delivery person shall collect back the incorrect items in its original and unopened packaging.

I received an expired or nearly expired product. What should I do?

We are very sorry about this. We have a strict policy to ensure customers receive products with sufficient shelf life. In the unlikely event that this happens, please send us an email at ask@bowandwow.com.ph. We’d be happy to assist you.

can I return the product I purchased online to any Bow&Wow store?

Please contact ask@bowandwow.com.ph prior to returning any defective item that was purchased online, to one of our physical stores. We need to provide you with a return reference number, which you will need to present to the store staff.

is there a minimum purchase amount needed to order online?

There is no minimum purchase for online orders. For free shipping within Metro Manila, the minimum purchase is Php 3,500.00

do you accept orders on weekends and outside business hours?

Yes, orders are accepted 24/7 and will be processed from Monday to Sunday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. 

can I cancel and/or amend my order or shipping details?

For security reasons, once your order has been confirmed, you will not be able to make any changes, additions, cancellations or amendments. However, Bow&Wow reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.

is there a chance my order won’t be fulfilled?

In case specific products are unavailable for any reason, our team will contact you to suggest a replacement or provide a refund. 

why is there a limit to the quantity of orders for some products?

To serve the needs of everyone as equally as possible, we are currently limiting the quantities available per customer for certain items.

what payment methods do you accept?

We accept locally and internationally issued AMEX, JCB, Mastercard or VISA debit cards and credit cards. Choose PayPal to pay by debit or credit card.

Choose PesoPay to pay via Internet Banking (BPI, BDO, Eastwest, UnionBank and more) or Digital Wallets (GCash, GrabPay, QRPh and Shopee Pay).

how will I know if my order pushed through?

You will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt of your order. 

do you save my debit or credit card information?

For brands/items we don't currently carry: Rest assured that all debit and credit card information will not be saved in our system. The data is encrypted throught the payment card industry data standard (PCI-DSS). You may view our Privacy Policy here.
