26-75 lbs…………2 Soft Chews Daily

Over 76 lbs………3 Soft Chews Daily

For dogs requiring more than one chew daily, divide between AM and PM.

Active Ingredients Per 1 Soft Chew (2 g):

Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C) 100 mg
Eyebright Herb 50 mg
Vitamin E (DL-Alpha Tocopherol) 30 mg
Marshmallow Root 10 mg
Lutein 5 mg
Astaxanthin 1 mg
Proprietary Probiotic Blend of Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus fermentum, Lactobacillus reuteri, Lactobacillus plantarum, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bacillus coagulans. 50 Million CFU 

Inactive Ingredients:  Calcium Propionate, Cane Molasses, Dried Cheese, Glycerin (Palm Oil), Natural Bacon Flavor, Natural Cheddar Cheese Flavor, Purified Water, Rice Bran, Rice Flour, Safflower Oil, Sorbic Acid, Sunflower Lecithin, Tapioca Starch.
